Arrival & check-in
Check-in: from 15:00 to 24:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Self check-in is available via key box. Instructions are sent the evening before or the morning of your arrival.
Early check-in: from 13:00 (on request, €20)
Late check-out: until 12:00 (on request, €20)
For evening arrivals, we recommend informing us in advance.
Documents
According to Italian law, guest documents must be provided before arrival.
Documents can be sent via WhatsApp the day before or on the day of check-in.
Accepted documents:
– ID card
– Passport
– Driving licence
Parking & ZTL
Atelier del Teatro is located inside the ZTL (limited traffic zone). It is not possible to reach the apartment directly by car.
Castelvecchio and San Zeno are located outside the ZTL. You can arrive by car and stop nearby to unload luggage.
Nearby parking options:
- Paid street parking (blue lines)
- Polo Zanotto parking (Viale dell’Università) — approx. €12/24h

Check-out must be completed by 10:00.

- Leave the keys on the table or in the key box
- Please take out the rubbish
House rules
No smoking inside the apartments
No parties or events
Please respect quiet hours (night-time silence)
Any damages to the property will be charged.
Tourist tax: €3.50 per person per night (max 4 nights, under 14 excluded)
Booking & payments
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Accepted payment methods for the deposit:

The remaining balance can be paid:
– cash
– via PayPal
– via Revolut
– via bank transfer
Cancellation policy:
– free up to 72 hours before arrival
– 30% penalty within 72 hours
– no-show: first night charged
